謙卦 (地山謙)
謙,亨,君子有終。初六,謙謙君子,用涉大川,吉。六二,鳴謙,貞吉。九三,勞謙,君子有終,吉。六四,无不利,撝謙。六五,不富以其鄰,利用侵伐,无不利。上六,鳴謙,利用行師,征邑國。
謙為謙卑、謙虛、敬慎、廉潔之義。
卦象山在地下,高而不踰越,謙卑、廉正之義。山崇高而居於地下,地氣從低處而上行,因謙卑而崇高。山艮止於內而有所不為,坤柔順在外以待人,為君子謙卑以自牧,柔順以處世之象。
帛書作「嗛」,與謙通。秦簡作「陵」,上博簡作「歷」,陵、歷皆與「廉」字互通。廉陵,即廉潔、清高、有品格之義。卦象下艮山為高為陵,上坤地為方,高而方者,廉棱之象,廉棱者廉潔方正而不踰矩也。
《歸藏》卦名作「兼」,兼為兼併之義。另一方面也可借作謙及廉。就卦象看,下艮為手,取之義,上坤為邦國,合起來就是取他人之邦國,符合兼併之義。
卦序上謙卦為繼大有而來,大有為富有天下,富而驕則不仁,因此卦序以謙繼大有,告戒富有之人不可自滿,而應該以謙卑自養,自損以益人。
雖然謙卦看似大吉:初六說吉,六二說貞吉,九三吉,六四無不利,六五無不利,上六利用行師、征邑國,表面上幾乎是易經六十四卦中的超級上上籤,但這種吉並不是物質、實質上的一種「得」,比較是修養上、精神上的獲得。
古云「易為君子謀」,而《周易》具體的君子修身之道則在謙卦講的最多與最具體。
2.專題主題:易經與管理
易經認為管理的原則就是「道」。何謂「道」?易經繫辭 上傳第五章云:「一陰一陽之謂道」。又在第十一章曰:「是故易有太極,是生兩儀, 兩儀生四象,四象生八卦」。易經之體為陰陽未分之體,稱之為太極,而謂易道為 太極之道。如從道相來看,陰陽為太極之兩面(一體之兩面),不可分離。從道用來 說,陰陽相互為用。乾卦爻辭:「用九見群龍无首,吉」。坤卦爻辭:「用六,利永 貞」。坤卦小象曰:「用六,永貞,以六終也」。陰陽作用具有下列三種涵義(一)孤 陽不生,孤陰不長:從調和律來看陰陽不可分性。(二)陽極而生陰,陰極而生陽: 這是根據「物極必反律」來談的。(三)「陽」中帶陰,「陽」才能作用,同理,「陰」 中帶陽,「陰」才能作用:這是說明陰陽相輔相成之作用。總之,萬物是靠太極之 道的陰陽作用而生生不息並以道為本。宇宙是整體和諧,一切由道而展現。因此, 企業管理以陰陽之道為本,從整體觀著眼,使企業的目的達到「止於至善」的境界
易經應用在管理人方面有下列四點: (一)任用人才要適才適時適用:易經講求「位應」並與時配合。例如職位與 才能相稱,稱為「相應」,並且要考慮是否適時,如果適時,才算是稱職。 易經叫做「安其位」。如此,他才能鴻圖大展,發揮才華,為公司做最大 奉獻與服務。如果說,當位而失時,就不吉利。例如唐太宗任用魏徵為相 可說是最佳適才適用的人選-知人善用。 (二)在人才選用上,採用內先外後:在一企業公司中,要多激勵員工升遷機 會。在原則,先用內部的適當人才充任,如果找不到,才再任用外面人才, 以免引起員工情緒的反彈。這是根據易經先天八卦圖中爻位「由下而 上,由內而外」的變化原則而來的。 (三)觀察人的方法:易經繫辭下傳第十二章:「將叛者其辭慙,中心疑者其 辭枝,吉人之辭寡,躁人之辭多,誣善之人其辭游,失其守者其辭屈。」 易經認為觀察人的方式是用察言觀色法,並要考慮其言行是否一致,「人 焉廋哉!人焉廋哉!」 (四)在管理態度上,講求「人和為貴」:管理要從人的人格,人的尊嚴多加 考量,多考慮對方立場,講求雙向溝通。
