通常是用人工手寫方式，以紙本記錄下來，但此方法不僅耗時耗力、不易保存，也常造成診斷中的失誤。

-醫學資訊的範疇-

現今醫學資訊涵蓋領域相當廣泛，結合了資訊技術應用於多種領域，例如:遠距照護、遠距醫療、電子病歷、醫學影像、健康存摺等。

-醫學資訊的未來-

經由結合人工智能、大數據、演算法等，醫學資訊將會有更進一步的發展，提高醫療品質，增加社會福祉。

-未來四年個選課計畫-

想趁大二前盡量地修通識，大三後從專題及實習獲取經驗，同時利用時間選修、旁聽，補足技能，
